The horses of Iceland

The sturdy four-legged friends presumably descend in a straight line from the horses that the first settlers brought to Iceland over 1,000 years ago. The Scandinavian expert and globetrotter Reinhard Pantke has traveled to Iceland many times and shows some of the "Icelanders" in their natural environment in different seasons.
