Rhodes - dreamlike south

The south of Rhodes is the quieter part of the island. Here you will find infinitely long, white sandy beaches that are still quiet even in summer. The southernmost point is Prasonisi - an Eldorado for surfers and kiters. The two beach sections, each around 800m wide, are suitable for professionals on the eastern side and the western part with a little less wind and smaller waves is suitable for beginners. In the mountain regions in the interior of the island there are forests and there are small, less touristy villages.
