Nutrias (Myocastor coypus)

They can be found in the old Rhine waters, lakes and marshland: Nutrias - also known as swamp beaver or beaver rat. Their orange teeth are striking. They originally come from subtropical South America. As a fur supplier, you were almost exterminated at the beginning of the 19th century because of the very high prices achieved for Nutri pelts (seal fur substitute).
