Ilkeston, Past and Present

For some time, I have been wanting to produce a calendar of my views of my hometown, Ilkeston. I feel lucky to have grown up in such a diverse area of Derbyshire, at that time with heavy industry and rolling countryside, all portrayed here. I draw digitally and inspire myself from numerous sources of reference and memory. More of my work is on display at the Erewash Museum and dedicated to my teacher Jack Cowley who always encouraged my artistic endeavours.
