You can find picturesque waterfalls, geysers that emit mighty fountains and holes in the ground with boiling mud from which a foul smelling sulfur smell rises. Kilometers of lava fields overgrown with moss, gigantic volcanoes and glaciers as well as black sandy beaches with meter-sized chunks of ice like sparkling diamonds are just a few more examples of this multifaceted landscape.
