grape enjoyment. Aromatic wine grapes and sweet table grapes

Crunchy grapes. We love them in the summer and we love them in the fall. But there is a difference. In viticulture, a distinction is made between wine grapes and table grapes. Grapes are smaller, firmer, slightly more acidic and usually have seeds. This is perfect for making wine. Table grapes, on the other hand, are sweeter, larger, and great for snacking. Seedless varieties are popular. The dark blue to violet grapes are particularly sweet because their flesh is less acidic than that of the green fruits. Grapes are a real treat and they can also be combined very well with salads, nuts and cheese.
