True to this motto, thousands of professional and voluntary workers do their work day in and day out for the common good so that they are always there when there is a need. This calendar is dedicated to part of their equipment, the emergency vehicles. Using discreetly colorful HDR technology, the photographer Markus Will shows a cross-section of the fire and rescue service vehicles. Even the technical relief organization should not go completely unmentioned here.
