Alt-Kaster, part of Bedburg in the Rhein-Erft district, not far from Cologne, is a fortified, idyllic country town. The structure of the place is still like in the old days. Almost all of the houses date from the time after the town fire of 1624. The photographer Christian Müller shows impressions from the small town, which is also known as the "Pearl on the Erft".
