Amsterdam - Venice of the North

According to the official visitor portal of the Dutch capital, there are almost as many bicycles in Amsterdam as there are residents, some even claim there are more bicycles. In addition, 6 windmills, 2,500 houseboats and 165 canals, a multitude of historical sights, world-famous museums, tons of coffee shops and a distinctive nightlife in the red light district. The very small Amsterdam is simply unique among the cities in the world. For this calendar, the photo artist Peter Roder has put together and designed twelve beautiful photos of this unique city, a magical eye-catcher for the whole year.
