Inspired by the bright colours of the chakras and the matching yoga exercises, twelve colourful pictures have been created using a mixed technique of oil pastels and gouache. The brightly coloured pictures of the asanas in the respective chakra colours will accompany you through your yoga year and perhaps also inspire you to dedicate yourself to the respective exercises for a month.
