WILDLIFE of the GREAT PLAINS

The bison is THE symbol for the prairies in North America. But also herds of forking bucks as well as wolves, coyotes and other less known wild animals live in this huge area. Dieter Wilczek, adventure photographer and nature lover, was able to capture the animal and species diversity in the different habitats for a short moment in his photographs. Whether powerful bison bulls sovereign and aware of their strength, forking bucks grazing peacefully or prairie dogs playful with like-minded people, the calendar shows the diversity of the impressive animals in their natural environment.
