Tug ballet

If you look closely, you will see them in the harbor next to the large pots. Otherwise they are rather inconspicuous. They hang in front of and behind the spectacular ocean liners when they enter the harbor and they effortlessly drag them where they need to go. Whenever someone casts off and maybe a second tug is behind him, you can make yourself comfortable on the bollard, then something happens in the harbor ... and that usually looks damn good - very good. And once a year in Hamburg, it's the port birthday and there they dance, the Tug's - to waltz melodies. That gives you goose bumps, at least for me.
