The Platonic Bodies modelled in clay

The exciting five Platonic solids hexahedron, tetrahedron, octahedron, dodecahedron and icosahedron are the subject of the calendar. Since ancient times, mathematics, art and philosophy have been concerned with polyhedra. Each of them consists of several congruent polygons and therefore they always have the same appearance, no matter in which position. Each body can be made from one of the others in clay. For example, by pressing in the corners of the tetrahedron, the octahedron is created. This is also used in art therapy, among other things.
