Portofino sits on the Ligurian Coast of Italy, south-east of Genoa. Originally a fishing village, it is now better known as an exclusive destination for the rich and famous and for its harbour now filled with as many mega yachts as painted wooden fishing boats. The town is clustered around its small picturesque harbour and the colourful buildings that line its shore also make it popular with artists.
