Extreme sports - with full risk

Extreme sport means skill, stamina, speed and, above all, courage. Extreme sports have exploded in recent years, with many athletes looking for extreme experiences, for extraordinary experiences and emotions. The athletes want to test their own performance limits and are looking for an answer to the question: "What can I expect my body to do. Where does the body reach its limits?" Extreme sport represents an enormous physical and psychological challenge for the athlete and is associated with great risk. In the end, however, what is paramount is the search for the adrenaline rush, the thrill and the sensation. The photo artist Peter Roder has compiled and designed impressive pictures from twelve extreme sports, an impressive companion for the whole year.
