“Body Of Work” is a sensual rendition of one’s daydreaming. Photographs of sculptures melt inside intricate drawings, both originals of the artist Ellie Perla, who claims that it is impossible to separate reality from fiction in one’s mind. The mind who constantly plays tricks on us … sometimes sobering up in the face of truth, and other times allowing fantasy to run wild.
