For moments of admiration and emotion, the viewer is entranced by the splendid details that these photographs trigger in him. It is important for him to focus on the true meaning and beauty of the food by proportioning it to tiny people. The viewer has the free choice of interpretation, he should enjoy the beauty and recognize ... Jürgen Holz was born in Gera / Thuringia in 1948. Since 1982 he has worked on various art projects that also deal critically with recycling, waste and greed for food. He has followed his "calling" as a food photo designer since 1982. He also made himself known at events for Galeria Kaufhof, Metro, VW, Windsor etc. through his "Wall-Eat-Art" project.
