Abruzzo, from the Apennines to the Adriatic

The Abruzzo is located in central Italy and extends between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea. It is a predominantly mountainous and natural landscape with many medieval castles, palaces and museums, but it can also offer nature parks, small towns, ski slopes and beaches on the Adriatic. For this calendar, the photo artist Peter Roder has put together and designed twelve wonderful photos of this impressive region, a magical eye-catcher for the whole year.
